When a payment dispute begins

Bring the payment history and supporting records into focus.

When a payment dispute begins

Start with what was agreed, what was delivered and what remains unpaid or disputed. Keep invoices, delivery records, payment confirmations and the correspondence that explains the disagreement together.

Prepare a short chronology. Distinguish an admitted amount from a contested one and note any notices or proceedings already received. Preserve originals and do not assume an informal discussion suspends a deadline.

A recovery route depends on the agreement, parties and circumstances. A consultation can identify the questions that need review without promising a result.

General preparation only, not legal advice. An enquiry does not suspend a deadline.
