Frequently Asked Questions

How do I request a consultation?

Use the consultation form to share a brief description and your contact details. A submitted request is not an appointment or an agreement to act. You can also choose an available online meeting time on the booking page.

What should I prepare?

Start with a short chronology, your objective, the names of other parties and any known deadline. Keep original documents safe. Do not upload identity documents, bank records or a complete legal file through the first enquiry.

How are fees agreed?

Ask for the proposed scope, fee basis and any anticipated third-party costs before agreeing an engagement. No approved price list has been supplied for this website; the assistant cannot estimate a fee.

Does an enquiry create an engagement?

No. Sending an enquiry does not create an engagement, confirm an appointment or suspend a legal deadline. The scope and terms need to be agreed separately.

What if I am not sure which service I need?

Choose Not sure on the enquiry form and explain what you need to resolve. The service directory can help you identify a possible starting point, but suitability and permitted scope must be confirmed.

Can I meet online?

The booking page shows available Google Calendar times for an online consultation. A successful booking provides a Google Meet link. A meeting alone does not establish an engagement.

Will I receive legal advice from the assistant?

The website assistant provides general information and helps with bookings or a hand-off. It cannot determine your legal position, predict an outcome or replace advice based on a review of your facts.
